The practical stuff.
Every engagement is scoped around your workflow, systems, and risk level. These are the questions most teams ask first.
How is this different from adding a chatbot to our site?+
A generic chatbot waits for prompts and often has shallow context. AMSS builds an agent for a defined role, grounds it in your approved knowledge, connects it to real workflows, and creates clear rules for action and escalation.
What can the AI connect to?+
Common connections include your website, help desk, ecommerce platform, CRM, scheduling tools, internal documents, email, SMS, and messaging channels. We choose integrations based on the work the agent must perform.
Will it make things up?+
No AI system is perfect, so we design for reliability: approved sources, citations where useful, restricted actions, confidence thresholds, test scenarios, monitoring, and human handoff when the agent should not answer.
Can our team take over a conversation?+
Yes. The agent can route by urgency, topic, sentiment, customer type, or confidence and pass the conversation context to a person so customers do not need to start again.
How long does implementation take?+
A focused first workflow can often be designed and launched within a few weeks. Timing depends on knowledge quality, integrations, approval steps, and the complexity of actions the agent will take.
